Orders & Payments

Q1: How can I place an order on RNG Hygiene?

You can place an order by visiting our website, selecting the products you want, adding them to your cart, and proceeding to checkout. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your purchase.

Q2: What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

Cash on Delivery (Available in select locations)

Q3: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Once an order is placed, it is processed immediately. If you need to modify or cancel it, please contact our support team within 2 hours of placing the order. Once shipped, orders cannot be modified or canceled.

We deliver across India, covering all major cities and towns.

Q2: How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 5-7 business days
Remote Areas: 7-10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary based on unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or courier delays.

Q3: How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS. You can also track it directly on our website under ‘My Orders’.

Returns & Refunds

Q1: Do you accept returns?

Due to the nature of our products (Personal Hygiene & Homecare), we do not accept returns or exchanges to maintain hygiene and safety standards.

Q2: What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your support email] or call [your contact number]. Kindly provide:
Order ID
Registered Email ID
Images or videos of the damaged product

We will review your request and arrange for a replacement or refund based on our verification.

Q3: Are refunds available for promotional or discounted items?

No, products purchased during sales, promotions, or special offers are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
